Transferring your phone number

Mobile softphone setup

To start using your UNIVOX mobile softphone, you’ll need to select one of our softphone plans. You’ll find our plans on the softphone page of our website at, univox.com.au. Then head to Google Play or the App Store to download the application. Once you have downloaded the application watch our Mobile softphone setup video to get up and running.

Desktop softphone setup

To start using your UNIVOX desktop Softphone, you’ll need to select one of our Softphone plans. You’ll find our plans on the Softphone page of our website at, univox.com.au. And you’ll also need to click the Windows or MacOS logo on the same webpage to download the application. Call transfer

Feature codes

Feature codes are numbers dialled from your UNIVOX phone or soft phone keypad. They make it easy for you to enable or disable regularly used UNIVOX Cloud PBX phone system features; like call forwarding, hot desking, call parking and voicemail management.
