Who will be using a softphone? A user can be a person, or other identifyer such as Reception or Sales Group.
Note: the same email address and mobile number cannot be used for multiple users. Each user must have a their own email address and mobile phone number.

If you are transferring phone numbers to us we require a copy of your current phone bill that lists the phone number(s) you are transferring, the bill cover page showing the account number, address and enitity the bill is issued to.
About phone numbers
1. With UNIVOX you can make and receive multiple simultaneous calls using one phone number.
2. If you have multiple softphone users they can all use the same phone number for inbound and outbound calls. Alternatively, you can assign a different phone number to each softphone user.
3. A new (02), (03), (07), or (08) phone number is included in each of your softphone plans. Or, if you have a phone number with another carrier, you can transfer the number to UNIVOX and use it with your softphone plan.
4. If you are transferring numbers to us, you only need to transfer the numbers you advertise for people to call you on.
